Reaction from passengers is said to be positive, which is a big change from some other terminals, such as the UK's Terminal 5.

Norman Foster has put together some pretty cool buildings.

It cost over a billion dollars to construct. Most of the building was prefabricated in Japan and shipped to Hong Kong because Hong Kong contractors didn't know how to build with the precision needed to constuct the building.

It overran its budget by something on the order of 100% but is still considered a major success.
