I would like to start a website, but I currently don't have the financial resources and I wanted to do it for entertainment purposes.

I have no clue about what to do, so can anybody tell me: Where do I begin?

Well, where you begin is not a technical question but a very personal one - why do you want your web site, and what content do you want it to have?

What are you going to do with it?

That will help answer a lot of the technical questions.

Well I want it to be personal but for entertainment reasons for displaying art/video.

I looked for assisting websites online but I couldn't find anything that was cost free.

If I have to pay to keep it up for a period of time I wouldn't want one just yet.
