Christmas seems to just sneak up on me every year, which is sad since I had big plans to decorate amazing.com beautifully but got so busy trying to improve it that I never did it :-(. I am sorry; we'll do better next year.

My business partner got me Apple's Aperture, a really cool program that will help me organize and improve the billions of photographs I take. So that will be both fun and useful during the new year. I gave him a giant picture book history of Pixar which I'm sure he will get a real kick out of.
